You wouldn’t. Similarly, you need to STOP using your brain the slow, outdated, horse-and-buggy way and START to install the right mental strategies to get the right results.

You see there’s nothing special about the brains of memory champions, elite athletes, super-mental athletes and hyper-creative people, what’s different is what they DO with their brain. I’m going to show you how to use your brain to become a super-learner … and yes build a healthier, stronger brain in the process!

We’re all looking for ways to be more productive. Imagine if you had been able to escape the labels and limitations you learned growing up … “I’m not good at math”, “my memory is garbage”, “I’m not artistic” … or “you’re not creative”, “you’re not talented enough” all the non-sense your teachers and parents may have said …  and rather were such an effective learner that you could learn and do well at whatever you desired – science, business, art, philosophy – whatever you desired. What was stopping you? YOUR BRAIN. What’s the solution? YOUR BRAIN. Your Brain is a Learning Machine. Up to this point you just haven’t learned “HOW” to remember, “HOW” to learn precisely, “HOW” you can use your Brain to learn and become good at whatever you desire. That changes, NOW.

COMPETENCE builds CONFIDENCE. EXPERIMENTATION –> EVOLUTIONWith an accelerated ability to learn, you could confidently move out into the world start to experiment and try out many different fields and disciplines, and so put yourself in the position to discover where your true passions really lie. I remember my teachers telling me how difficult subjects like Calculus were going to be. And based on how they taught Calculus, it was difficult!!! The problem is that in the education system, kids aren’t taught “how” to be effective learners. They aren’t taught the skills and abilities to learn, and this is the first most important thing! We’re just thrown into war without any armour to do battle with – this is what we do to kids in our school system! We are bombarded with endless content without the strategies on  to most effectively process, encode, store and retain the information. Not only that, these mountains of information are boring!!! We need to start Teaching Excellence.

Our brains are designed to pattern information, FAST …not slow and laboriously … and as the information explosion continues, theres more and more information and more and more overwhelm & chaos that builds in your brain. I’m talking to you if you’re a CEO of a major corporation as much as if you’re in the 8th grade. Every one is in desperate need of extra brainpower to be able to handle the growing information. Not only that the ability to synchronize your brain, connect the dots and think laterally and non-linearly is PRICELESS, because everyone has access to the information. Now the BIG BUCKS, the Noble Prizes, the Mega Careers will be earned by those who can think both Linearly and Non-Linearly. 

Since we’re flooded with content, we need to build the machinery in our mind to learn, remember and organize the content in our brain effectively. In essence, we need to become Super-Learners. My book The Brainpower Breakthrough dedicates an entire chapter to Super-Learning, and in this blog and the full Super-Learning Series I will give you the step by step guide to optimizing your brain, learning and memory.

So lets dive into it … here are the the two fundamental ingredients of super-learning for you, for your kids and for the entire education system.

The First most important factor in learning is MOTIVATION. Above all, your brain has to be in the optimal state for you to learn information accurately. Your brain has to be bathed in all the juicy neuro-chemicals that fuel learning and increase neuronal activation if you are to learn anywhere close to your capabilities. RIGHT STATE = RIGHT RESULTS.

Do you get complaints from teachers that your son or daughter is zoning out in class? Did you use to zone out in class when your were a kid? Do you zone out in meetings, presentations and while working today? 

If so it’s because you’ve been taught that learning must be slow and boring, and as a result it is. Since teaching methods are so boring, you WILL have a tendency to zone out and explore more interesting things in your brain – I don’t blame you!!! I remember doing the same! You see, if you’re zoning out in a Theta-brain state, you’re not in the optimal state to be processing and storing information. Not only that if you’re in a THETA BRAIN STATE zoning out in class, then when the test comes and you’re thrown into a BETA BRAIN STATE (faster brainwaves) because of the anxiety and pressure of the test, you’re not going to be able to access any of the information in your brain. I work with so many brilliant kids, especially those with Asperger’s who freeze up on big tests and in social settings, where their brain goes into stress mode, and mind goes BLANK or TOO FAST and FALLS OFF THE TRACKS. I know I had panic and anxiety attacks my entire life.

The key for Super-Learning is Relaxed, Focused Concentration – Body Relaxed, Mind Shooting Ahead. 

In order to have optimal neurochemicals and Brain Juice for learning you need to be MOTIVATED. 

How can you increase Motivation to Learn? 

Boost Dopamine – Dopamine is a “gas pedal” neuro-transmitter that increases mental energy, focus, mood and working memory. Dopamine is the pleasure, reward neurotransmitter that gets released when we succeed/win at something, fall in love, or SCORE SOMETHING!!! … score a goal in hockey, score a girl at the bar, score a new business account. Score, Score, Score!!! With more Dopamine you will soar to higher scores indeed. Many forms of ADD, and ADD Symptoms (Brain Fog, Distractibility) are associated with low Brain Voltage. Low Brain Voltage = low cognitive energy = low Motivation. Blue Brain as we see on Brain Maps. Tired, Brain Fog, cranky, closed off to new ideas? You need to raise Dopamine.

So how can you raise your Dopamine levels? 

  1. SUNLIGHT at the Right Times – The Amino acid tyrosine, and all biogenic amines which fuel learning, including serotonin, are light sensitive aromatic amino acids, meaning the sun’s full spectrum rays increase the levels of these neuro-chemicals in our brain. The best time for you to get sunlight is in the AM between 8AM – NOON. This increases melatonin release in the evening to facilitate sleep as well. God said let there be light!!! Get in the light, and light up your brain folks! AM sunlight synchronizes the clock and timing mechanisms of hormone and neurotransmitter release in the brain. It normalizes and re-sets cortisol cycles, while re-charging your cells batteries to help you overcome ADRENAL FATIGUE. However, you must be able to “Hold Electrical Charge” which is where MEDITATION, QIGONG, TAI CHI, and Brainpower Nutrition, specifically DHA, are essential. If you’re into bio-hacking, then AM sunlight is your first and fore-most bio-hack. If you want to take things to the next level, do a standing Qigong Meditation, while barefoot on the grass – Game-Changing.
  2. BRAINPOWER NUTRITION – lots of healthy fats, and protein. By consuming lots of healthy fats and protein, for breakfast it raises Dopamine levels in the brain, and increases Focus, Energy and Cognitive Performance. This is true for you in your business and your kids in the classroom. Most importantly, you need to consume lot’s of DHA, the magical fatty acid in seafood. DHA is a component of all cell membranes, and is present in all the most vital places in your brain, especially at the synapses, where neurons connect and learning occurs. More DHA = more synaptic plasticity = increased interconnection of neurons = increased neurotransmitter receptors (DHA forms the membrane) = ENHANCED LEARNING & COGNITIVE ABILITIES.  More DHA = increased Brain Energy Levels = more Dopamine. First, consume DHA via food, so that it’s in the proper geometric position to be magnetically drawn to your brain. Second, as a “supplemental strategy” you can consume a High DHA fish oil if needed. For Brain Fuel, consume lots of Coconut Oil and MCT, fatty acids which convert into ketone bodies which are the favourite, clean-burning, super-fuel for neurons.

For example, for both Executives & Entrepreneurs AND kids with Autism, ADD, I recommend a fairly similar BRAINPOWER NUTRITION Game-plan:

Morning: Consume Super-Brain Beverage such as Bulletproof Coffee or Hormone Heaven Beverage.

Did you have a tendency to fidget in class? Did you get in trouble in class for moving around a lot? Do you get in trouble for moving around in your job today?  I have lots of friends who’ve been labelled as “ADHD”, and who like to move and walk around when making calls and doing work … are these really bad habits or is there a good reason for these “bad” habits? … 

Here’s what you need to know about your Brain – Your Brain works Perfectly. What I mean by this is that your Brain is always going to drive you to engage in behaviours that “SELF-CORRECT” and BALANCE your neurochemistry, to fill the voids and raise the neuro-chemicals you’re deficient in. Your brain will always do its best job to self-regulate. The only problem is that the types of behaviours people are typically driven too usually give you a quick-burst and then leave your brain more depleted (Ex: Sugars & Processed Foods, Drugs, Behavioural Addictions etc.) Likewise, the same applies to most behaviours you engage in including hyper-activity – your brain is driving you to engage in them as a way to self-correct the neurological imbalances.

Have you noticed that kids labelled with “ADHD” move around a lot??? Do you think its a good idea to medicate them, or do you think there’s a perfectly good reason why these kids need tendency to constantly move??? 

Of course there’s a reason. MOVEMENT raises DOPAMINE. Movement thereby helps your brain to focus, pay attention, learn and remember. Rather than dulling and dimming kids down, movement should be integrated into learning programs. Kids should not be chemically cut off. And so how can we combine more movement, which equals more dopamine, which equals better focus and attention for kids in school? 

  1. Add in Vigorous Exercise for at least 20 minutes – Extreme Yang (exertion of energy) increases Yin (relaxation). The more you can get kids physically exerting themselves, the more they’ll be able to relax comfortably in the classroom. You want to train your brain to be able to shift states on demand. By increasing your ability to fire and activate your nervous system, you extend your ability to relax on the other end – just imagine pulling an elastic band in one direction, the more you pull, the further it’ll spring back in the opposite direction. 
  2. Fine Motor Movements – Fine motor movement activities such as Qigong, Tai Chi and Yoga, which require precise muscular and nervous system coordination are the ultimate brain boosters. By activating the cerebellum and sensory motor regions, which coordinate fine motor movements, this increases the plasticity and coordination of thinking and cognition. Everything is connected. Not only that, the cerebellum houses 50% of the neurons in your brain, and movement has been proven to promote neurogenesis, the growth of new neurons. If you’re looking for “Cognitive Enhancement Brain Training”  learn an energy practice like Qigong or Tai Chi, it’s the ultimate brain-hacking practice – it totally knocks sitting at a computer and playing brain games out of the park!!!

Neuro-Association is about teaching kids “how” to operate their brain. How to build the triggers and switches in their brain to shut on and shut off relaxation, shut on and shut off heightened focus and attention, shut on and shut off their mathematical mind, musical mind, philosophical mind, analytical mind, and to access the right state at the right time for the right results

Your brain is like a Computer, a Super-Quantum Computer in fact. Quite simply, you have your underlying hardware, your neurology and then you have the software operating systems – your mind, thinking & consciousness – which runs through the hardware. By using your mind and installing effective mental strategies and operating systems, you can change your neurology and neurochemistry to access heightened states of learning and memory. I teach all these mental strategies in my workshops.


For example, visualize a full Blackboard in your mind in a particular location in your mental space … before you begin to learn specific material access a particular feeling, ideally one of success and accomplishment which makes you feel relaxed and alert … then begin to absorb material in this relaxed and alert state with this feeling … as you do begin to ADD information – diagrams, equations etc. – to the BLACKBOARD or WHITEBOARD (whatever you prefer) in your mind … then with all the information on your BOARD, see the information confirm that its correct, feel the good feeling, and store it in a particular place in your mind … then BOOM its locked in your brain and all you need to do is look in that place in your mind & feel that same feeling to access that specific information. First, the DEPTH & EXTENSIVENESS of information ENCODING increases the STRENGTH OF THE INFORMATION & MEMORY CONSOLIDATION. The more senses engaged and the more elaborate the encoding, the more triggers and easier it is to access the memory. Second, Learning is State-Dependent. All you need to do is access that same feeling & neuro-chemical state to easily access the specific information learned in that state. If you’re like most, when taking tests, writing exams and speaking, you go into a fight-or-flight stressful excited state, which is different than the state you learned the information in. Thus when writing tests you can’t access the information, which then creates more stress and just amplifies your anxiety even more! This vicious cycle of anxiety can become a virtuous cycle when you learn how to control your brain.

Above is just a small example of the Learning & Memory Strategies which I teach to kids and university students to get them achieving straight 95%+++ in high school, and to get individuals like you supercharging your clarity, memory and creativity with your business.

Using the power of your mind alone, you can build precise triggers or anchors, to store and access information in particular states, for whenever you want and need it.

If you’re taking drugs, this can completely mess up your neuro-chemical state, and thus destroy memory, specifically RECALL while taking tests (due to different neurochemical state when learning vs. when taking test). In fact, most drugs deteriorate memory by stressing and depleting the brain of nutrients, such as B vitamins, and down-regulating your brains own inner neurochemical factories.

Learning is state dependent. The neuro-chemical state in which you Learn & Encode information will be the optimal neurochemical state you need to re-access in order to “tune into” and access that specific information most effectively. This is why sports rituals, and rituals before exams and tests …. and in fact building in different rituals for different types of tests is so effective. It triggers particular states to heighten performance in those tasks. 

Now, equally you can experiment and build neuro-associations with many external things   such as smells and oils, and particular foods. In fact, I’d recommend you eat particular foods before studying for particular courses or materials. This will ensure that your brain is in the same neuro-chemical and energetic state at time of testing as it was when you were learning and processing the information. P.S. You need to show kids the full applications of how they will be able to use and be rewarded for learning knowledge. Relate math to earning money, abstract reasoning and discovering the fundamental laws of the universe to being an innovator like Einstein … get kids inspired to be the next Einstein!!! … and relate science to optimizing their brain, health and performance in athletics, for instance. Reward kids for learning. Show them that their ticket to being and doing whatever they want is becoming an effective learner. Instil in kids the fact that: LEARNING = FREEDOM = LIMITLESS.


Cultivate the power of Curiosity. Capture the Imagination of Children. Use Deep Questioning. Teaching kids to think scientifically, and to experiment. Build an attitude of courage and curiosity to encourage kids to go out and “try” new things and observe the results. Teach kids how to Self-Experiment, how to “Bio-Hack” and become Optimizers and Problem-Solvers. Teach kids how to form hypotheses, how to run experiments, and how to measure, quantify and generate conclusions that stimulate further thinking and experimentation.

In our society, in youth we need to cultivate The 3 C’s: CURIOSITY, CREATIVITY & COURAGE to motivate kids to experiment and try on new ideas. Just as you lovely ladies so avidly try on new dresses and clothes while shopping! In doing so we’ll help kids discover and cultivate their true passions Experimentation, Application and Discovery of course raise what??? DOPAMINE and thus MOTIVATION! Novelty, Pattern Recognition, Pleasure of Accomplishment, are all Dopamine Boosters. 

You need to ignite the creative spirit in your kids and in yourself. You do so by learning how to become an “effective thinker’ and to constantly put your ideas to the test with excitement, anticipation and NON-ATTACHMENT. Nothing is “Failure”. Everything is just Feedback, information that you can use to become better. Failure is “saying I’m not mathematical” “I’m not smart” or labelling yourself or others … throwing your hands up and not doing anything. Its not that you aren’t mathematical or not creative, its just that you haven’t learned the process and strategy TO DO math and to create optimally.


Learning and Memory are accelerated by fully engaging as many senses as you can. A common phenomenon among individuals with amazing memories, idiot savants, and memory champions is synesthesia, the blending of the senses. For example, many genius’ see numbers and names as bright, coloured images. The brains of Idiot savants “geniuses’” do this automatically, while memory champions and people who want to increase their memory do this DELIBERATELY. Work with, not against, how your brain learns best. Bottom Line, learn the mental strategy and you develop the same outstanding mental abilities.

In terms of teaching, by integrating visual, auditory and kinaesthetic methods of teaching you engage and over-lap the senses and so increase the strength of the encoding of information. Stronger encoding equals stronger memory equals stronger retrieval. So FULL-BRAIN Learning systems integrate music, movement, visual, auditory and kinaesthetic and even gustatory and olfactory senses (especially by applying the super-learning strategy above, linking specific foods, which increase your cognitive abilities in that discipline, with specific information).

The common theme is STACKING THE DECK TO YOUR ADVANTAGE. Stacking strategies on top of strategies, and senses on top of senses, to deepen and strengthen learning.


Installing Optimal Mental Software Systems in your Brain. 

The FIRST PILLAR OF SUPER-LEARNING is Optimizing your BRAIN’s Neurochemistry to get in “THE OPTIMAL STATE” for Learning. The second FUNDAMENTAL INGREDIENT FOR SUPER-LEARNING are STRATEGIESKnowing “HOW” to Learn. By arming yourself with the mental strategies, you arm yourself with the mental abilities.

The first most important step is teaching kids and learning yourself, “HOW” to learn most effectively. Imagine having to design a full presentation using Powerpoint 1998. By using an out-dated program, you’re limited by what the program can do. Same is true for Learning, you need to UPGRADE your mental processes … aka … the software operating systems of your brain so that you can learn, remember and create most effectively. We must move away from the slow “Horse & Buggy” Approach of learning, with rote, difficult, antiquated strategies, and move towards a systematic approach to learning with mental strategies that “WORK WITH” the brain’s natural ability to pattern, process and learn information RAPIDLY. Those who are able to LEARN HIGH-LEVEL SKILLS at HIGH SPEED will have the edge.

This is where Neuro-Linguistic Programming comes in. NLP is about learning, identifying and installing in your brain the mechanical mental strategies that people who are extremely successful at something use. For example, using MEMORY strategies like synesthesia, or Method of LOCI (more on memory strategies to come!) to accomplish amazing feats of memory just like memory champions or strategies to turn anxiety into hyper-focus.

And Guess what??? When you arm people with the strategy, they develop the skill. I work with many kids that come to see me and they tell me “they’re not good at math … they aren’t good at writing and English … they aren’t artist”  it’s not that they aren’t artistic, its just that they haven’t learned the strategy to produce good art … YET.


For example, mathematics is highly kinaesthetic, “you feel when you have the right answer”. Teaching kids to “cheat” by designing big pictures and graphs in their mind and then get the good feeling when they have the right answer is simple.

For writing and English, I have kids and people with “writer’s block”, see their thoughts begin to switch from still pictures to movies … and then I activate anticipation & curiosity in them … we’ve all been curious … and then rather than “planning” things out, like all English classes recommend … you know intro, body paragraph, topic sentence, conclusionblah blah blah … I have students, activate a state of INSPIRATION to their lifetime of experiences and knowledge, and in this magical state allowing a movie to develop in their mind … have their mind open the door, hit the button and allow ideas to come together … and then in this state, writing becomes as simple as just watching the movie in their mind, and allowing all the streams of thoughts and ideas to flow onto the page. Learn the right strategy and you’ll be successful.

When it comes to art, you have a lifetime of experience of pictures, images, sights and sensory input … and when you get people in a state of excitement and anticipation … and build in a strategy that connects the pictures in their mind to their hand drawing on the page, suddenly they can just “trace” their mental images and produce outstanding art.

Ultimately, memory champions who remember decks of cards, and hundreds and hundreds of numbers, names, places and faces, don’t have anything special about their brain, whats special is what they do with their brain, the mental strategy. For Memory, learning, focus, determination, overcoming anxiety, seek out the very best strategies … ask people “How” they do things in their mind … learn the technique and then install it in kids, adults athletes, executives, peak performers, and watch performance SKYROCKET!.

It’s just like spelling. We all we’re taught to spell “phonetically”, which you can’t even spell phonetically!!! The best spellers make pictures in their mind of the words, see the word correctly spelled and then get the good feeling and know that they’re right.

Study Success. Learn the Strategy. Install the Strategy. The Skills Transfers. Success is the Result.


Life is Learning. Learning is Life. Learning is the doorway to freedom. Freedom from fear, freedom to persevere, freedom to discover and develop your full talents, is build upon the ability to learn. The future and success will be ruled by Learners and Creators. People who are problem solvers, non-linear thinkers, and able to connect disparate pieces of information and put things together.

Suddenly difficulty doubles your skills as opposed to cutting them in half, and you move out into the world not with fear, but with curiosity and anticipation to unveil new amazing frontiers.

Stunning Simplicity of Laughing, Learning & Mastery

Ohhh the wisdom of Dr. Suess!!! This is definitely Game Changer Philosophy Material! This quote is so me – Smiley Wyllie (which I’ve been called by dear friends) always laughing, learning & loving!!!  What can I say, the brain is a learning machine and learns rapidly and easily when you work with it, not against it. Set your brain on fire and suddenly learning & taking on the boldest challenges life has to offer becomes a whole lot of fun! Yes, you can laugh and smile your way to success – which is way easier when you wake up those brain cells! In fact, smiling and being silly to achieve seriously stunning results is The Game Changer way. The truth is that the more complex and expansive your brainpower & consciousness becomes, the more you see the stunning simplicity and magic of life. Mastering your Mind, and taking your life to the next level is simple, especially when you see the simplicity while everyone else is caught up in complexity!

Why so serious??? If you’re like most you probably take life a little too seriously :). Being too serious is the number 1 dis-ease people suffer from, in addition to its brother hesitation, both of which are a product of the brain being constricted, narrowed, stressed, energy-deprived and cut off from its highest capacities.

You see if you take everything so seriously, everything will become serious. Or in better words, if you take your shit too serious, you’ll end up standing in some serious shit! How shitty!

When you “think too hard”, “try to hard”, get too “serious”, it narrows your mind and focus, preventing you from seeing options, thinking clearly and thinking creatively. Let me tell you, I know all about this – I gave myself anxiety & panic attacks to the point where I was hospitalized for goodness sake!

Truth is your brain works perfectly. If you’re a worry wart, your brain has mastered worrying. If you have anxiety and panic you’re brain has mastered that. Perhaps it’s time to flip the switch and start trying some non-sensical things – like mastering feeling really good and being really happy? Perhaps its time to be a little silly, to turn on the happy buttons and start using those happy feelings to change your perspective and nourish your neurons.

Just look at children. Children are little balls of curiosity, laughter and play – they’re also super-learning machines. Even if you’ve closed yourself off, your inner super-learner is still there, waiting to be opened back up. Your brain never stops learning. Its just that you may have let your brain be learning more and more garbage, which is just hardwiring more and more of those unwanted thoughts, behaviours and crappy feelings.

The brain loves whats familiar, but learns through difference. In fact, it’s through difference, constant eye movements, that you can see. Likewise, you learn and acquire skill by detecting differences and making distinctions. You learn by trying things at the opposite ends of the spectrum to explore what works best. Difference is what makes the difference.

Happiness is a habit. Energy is neither created nor destroyed. All the energies and memories from your past remain with you, and what you’re thinking and how you feel is a product of the dominant neurological and energetic pattern being activated and functioning right now. Stuck in the past, or don’t feel the way you want? Change your brain’s dominant patterns of functioning so that situations trigger new patterns, new responses, not old ones. Train your brain. Build new neural patterns. Take control!

Super Brain 2: Stress Into Success. SLOW DOWN TO SPEED UP

“In every day, there are 1,440 minutes. That means we have 1,440 daily opportunities to make a positive impact.”

A friend posted on social media the above inspiring quote, from an incredibly powerful, passionate leader. However, the way I read this quote today, is completely different from the way I would’ve read it 5 years ago. This change in perspective, this change in approach of how to most effectively and constantly be upgrading my brain, body, health, and power every second of every day to make a positive, powerful impact in the world is what this blog post is about. Unfortunately, many people will read much of the self-help advice and inspirational wisdom make the same mistake I did, make the same mis-interpretation I did, creating extraordinary stress and at the extreme complete breakdown.

If you’re like me I read the above quote and am shouting in my mind,



However, the processing and approach of optimizing every moment, and constantly be moving, and morphing into your highest, smartest, strongest self is quite different than you think. The optimal approach to creating extraordinary energy and power is far different from what you’ll see in 95% of people in the modern world who are stuck in a world of “busyness”, “time-famine”, “urgency”, “worry” and “hurry”, people who are constantly pushing, pushing and pushing the gas pedal with little thrust.

Do you find yourself always saying you’re too busy?

Do you find yourself desperately wanting more time? Are you absolutely drained at the end of the day? Is your mind foggy and brain sluggish?

Most people reading the above quote will think and say to themselves okay, “I need to optimize every second, work, work, work, achieve, achieve, achieve … I need to constantly be doing something and getting the edge … because, I can’t waste any moment!!!” … I know this because I used to be one of those people. Over-time the stress accumulates, the chaos rises, your mind and perspective narrows and the disorder in the brain overwhelms it’s capacities and energies. As  the waves of chaos in the brain increase, you quickly lose the ability to think clearly, swiftly and intelligently to rise above the problems you face. You lose the ability to see and seize the solutions to your problems, which are often flashing themselves nakedly to you each day.

It took me a while for my former hyper-tense, hyper stressed Type-A self to learn this (I was a DETERMINATION MACHINE … still am but I’m now leading and directing that determination down a more intelligent path, with a more intelligent approach), but here’s the KEY:

SLOW DOWN to SPEED UP. Extreme Yin creates Extreme Yang. From tremendous potential energy springs tremendous kinetic energy and capacity to do work. Always remember the need to SLOW DOWN, re-boot, rejuvenate, transform, upgrade your engine, upgrade your brainpower, your mental power, your physical body so that you can drive so much faster, so much more proficiently, powerfully and skillfully with your life. SLOW DOWN to SPEED UP … otherwise you’re just going to drive yourself to the ground like I did.

Why spend 7 days going 100 mph when you can completely transform and upgrade your brainpower, energy and physical power to enable you to drive 300 mph any time you need to step on the gas pedal?

Do you want to bark like a dog or roar like a Lion?

Did you know that Lion’s sleep 20 hours a day? For 20 hours a day Lions are silent, building potential energy, rebuilding their muscles, immune system and nervous system, but when they’re awake, watch out you gazelle’s!!!

Now do you need to sleep 20 hours a day, or is increasing your sleep even recommended, maybe, maybe not. Too much sleep for humans can be harmful, not helpful. Too much sleep actually decreases Lung “Qi” and thus energy levels. You probably know many people who are in bed for 9,10 hours, but still feel exhausted during the day.

Bottom Line, to truly maximize your power and performance you need the proper balance of Yin and Yang. Heaven & Earth. You must give your brain and body what it needs to bring the tsunami of chaos which is constantly building in our mind and brain from stress, problems and experiences to a crystal clarity like a lake, a serene glass sheet of water at dawn as the sun begins to rise.

You must constantly be re-supplying energy to brain, nervous system, and immune system, so that it can rejuvenate and continue re-organizing and building more complexity and capacity to do work. In essence, you want to be both the Tortoise and the Hare. Not one or the other. In many cases you want to be physically relaxed, efficient and calm like a tortoise, but when the rubber meets the road, you want to be driving at full speed, and be speedy like a Hare.

In terms of Brain Optimization, Super-Learning, Super-Memory, you want your body completely relaxed and mind shooting ahead.

When it comes to the brain, only by bringing your brain to complete crystal clarity and complete freedom & flexibility will you acquire the extraordinary power to see, do and create your future. From crystal clarity, your brain will develop the capacity to work at lightening speed. Yes, life gets REAL FUN when your brain works at lightening speed, and solves problems instantly, generates insights constantly, and is relentlessly feeding your mind solutions that take your life to the next level.

Since the Brain is intimately involved in both Facilitating Change, and Adapting and Changing in response to change (called neuroplasticity), let’s dive deeper into how build a Super-Brain.

Here are the two most important ingredients to build a SUPER-BRAIN:

1. OPTIMIZED BRAINPOWER – Optimize the Voltage, Electricity & Magnetism AKA the Sheer Power and Energy of your brain and nervous system. More Energy = more capacity to do work = more complexity = more expansive consciousness, which leads to the second key ingredient.

2. NEURO-FLEXIBILITY – this is the MOST IMPORTANT ingredient to going from a great brain to a GENIUS, from a smart person who still is often at the mercy of stress, to a Free-Flowing Brilliant Creator who can handle anything life throws at them.

In physics there is a dynamic relationship between Order and Disorder. Life is a beautiful dance of restoring order from disorder, and energy is the currency that is used to constantly bring life to higher levels of organization and complexity from randomness. Think of The Big Bang, from explosive chaos, matter coalesces to form the planets and our solar system. Or think of memories and learning. While studying and learning, you are adding more information, more bits of knowledge which are now floating in your mind and in flux, and must be systematized and organized into memories and new neural networks in the brain to stick in long-term memory.

Energy is the currency to facilitate this re-organization, which is why poor sleep, deficient brain nutrition, and low brain energy levels all are associated with deficiencies in memory and learning.

The point is that ENERGY must be added to a system (your brain), to reduce Entropy, which is a fancy word for chaos, inflammation or STRESS. Stress has a biological toll on your brain. Randomness and Chaos accumulates in the brain, learning and memory are compromised and at the extreme stress and disorder in the brain leads to learning disorders like ADHD, ADD, Autism and Alzheimer’s’.


But How?

Let’s get into some juicy details about the brain:

Your brain is a super-quantum computer that when optimized operates with infinite flexibility and infinite intelligence. Specifically, your brain performs two major functions and plays two major roles:

1. The Human Brain is the Ultimate SUPER-ANTENNA that receives and transmits frequencies, and thus information and intelligence from the environment, transmitting and transducing these frequencies into signals in the body, which bio-chemically alter neurotransmitter and hormone levels. Also, the brain resonates and transmits frequencies back out into the environment – this has huge implications for Physical Relationships, Business Team Synergy, Cooperation and Performance, Sports Team Synchrony and Performance and very interesting implications for abilities like Telepathic Communication, Energy Work and Psychic abilities. Quite simply, the channels your brain is tuned into directly affect your conscious mind, and the streams of information flowing in and through your mind. Moreover, the frequencies you transmit back to environment affect your every interaction with other human beings and all beings.

So, do you want to become an attractive magnet for intelligence, information, power, people and opportunities? Of course, right?

Optimizing your brain’s SUPER-ANTENNA abilities, increasing it’s flexibility and manifesting it’s infinite ability to tap into, receive and transmit all the frequencies and thus intelligence and information in the universe is the long-winded answer …  However, the systematic solutions are simple and sustainable. Supercharging your brain creates self-fulfilling success. Once your brain takes lift-off, you will ascend, ascend, ascend. You just need that initial rocket launch.  Did you know that a space shuttle uses more fuel during the first three minutes after lift off than during it’s entire voyage around earth?  

Like a rocket ship you may need that initial launch to break through your current brain patterns to get momentum going.

Brilliant minds have remarked that the human brain is the most magical and yet mysterious thing in the entire universe. Once you optimize it, your life will take off, the brain is intimately involved in and sculpts and shapes every aspect of your being – your mind, body, health, spirituality, energetic & higher dimensional abilities and so on.

So how does Stress fit in?

STRESS: Destroys brain cell signalling. When your brain cannot signal properly it cannot accurately receive environmental signals, nor transmit these signals as neurotransmitters and neuro-hormones like Dopamine. When brain dopamine levels decline brain voltage declines, and we see decreased brainpower on EEGs. This is akin to having a light-bulb which brightens your awareness, plugged into a battery that is dying and has little juice.

You can test this for yourself – the brighter the battery, the brighter the bulb shines. Similarly, the more JUICE and voltage your brain can use and harness, the brighter your mind shines, and the clearer and more expansive your awareness and perception becomes. 

When your brain loses it’s juice, it’s ability to receive and transmit signals is destroyed. At the extreme it’s just like your radio shutting off, because your car battery is dead.

When your brain loses energy, your radio dial can’t work properly, nor can you can change the dials to a clear station, and your brain becomes tuned into and stuck with “static”.

The more stress that accumulates the more static your mind hears. This is why your thinking and memory can become  one giant FUZZ, and at many times you may feel like you’re literally losing your mind! At the extreme your brain can become hyper-rigid and completely “locked in” like a person with Autism, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety and Panic Disorders.

Static, inflexibility, “stuckness” and lack of clarity underlies neuro-degenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s, Dementia and neuro-developmental disorders and learning disorders like ADHD, Autism, which are all problems of aberrant brain signalling.

Accurate signalling is the key to optimized, balanced brain function & cognition.

Now to The Brains Second Role:

2. Super-Librarian. Your brain is constantly acquiring new “bits” of information, new books of wisdom, new novels of experience and storing, sorting and systematizing them in the library of your memory. The efficiency with which your brain is able to accurately retrieve, recall and recite the information stored in your memory is a product of the efficiency of the Librarian that is operating your brain.

Is my brain putting the adult books in the children’s section, and the comic books in the history section, so that when I try to recall a memory it’s literally a Joke!!! (pun intended) 🙂 🙂 🙂

So the key ingredient to Optimizing your Brain’s SUPER-ANTENNA capabilities, so that it functions as arguably the most infinite, flexible and capable, receiver and transmitter of information and intelligence in the universe is: ENERGY.

Having the ability to access information & intelligence is important, but being able to most effectively transmit and communicate that intelligence is even more important. 

ENERGY is what restores order from CHAOS. STRESS = CHAOS. Energy reduces stress and improves signalling brain and body wide.

Energy is what builds the complexity of your Brain, which basically enables it to tune into and easily access all the information in the universal web of intelligence. How do you SuperCharge your brain by Slowing Down to Speed UP?

Daily meditation – at least 20 minutes. Ideally practice emptiness meditation, complete silence. It’s only when the mind is complete empty, completely released, that it can fully rejuvenate and synchronize with the full power of the universe. Extreme Yin (silence) breeds Extreme Yang (extraordinary power).

You become very confident, very clear, and also very flexible and graceful in achieving your goals and communicating and connecting with people and touching their hearts.

Overtime and with a systematic approach you become the brightest burning beam light, and the flames of your genius can shine as brightly as possible. In short, you become everything you were meant to be.

Now we usually think of compound interest in terms of business, investments and money. But let me tell you compound interest is far more powerful when applied to incrementally increasing your brain, body, mind and energy and continuing to compound and compound these increases over time.

Are you the type of person who lets their brightest ideas, dull and rot on the shelves in their mind? 

Are you scared about making a change in your life, and fear pursuing your dreams, even though that is truly what you want to do? 

Do you find that incredible ideas enter your mind, but these ideas come and go on the fly and you never seem to be able to execute them? 

When you were a child or even today, do people call you a Dreamer or Crazy? Are you holding fear from failures in the past, and times when you weren’t able to execute your dreams? What’s the difference between the Dreamer who’s ideas never materialize and The Master who executes all their brightest ideas and changes the world?

Ideas are beautiful new realities and possibilities that cross our mind. Through our lives, millions and millions of ideas cross our mind, some good, some bad, some extraordinary, others just ordinary. But the end of the day, these ideas that cross our mind our temporary and fleeting. Very easily they come and go. Ideas are one thing, Execution is another. Ideas are transient and easily rot in our mind. Execution creates a new reality. Execution takes your ideas and multiplies them, sharing them with others, creating change not only in your mind, but in the minds of others. In this way each decision we make, each idea we execute, creates real change, altering the course of our life and the lives of others. In our world, especially in the modern materialistic world, ideas without execution is failure. However, not all ideas are meant to be executed. Sometimes failing to execute an idea is a success, and the best decision. As a result, failure isn’t inherently good or bad, it’s just that some things win and others lose. The key is execution, executing your brightest ideas, and letting the low-energy, negative ideas and thoughts fail. Built into success is failure. Neither is inherently good or bad. It’s just that for certain ideas to succeed others need to fail. What I’m all about, and what my mission is, is how to execute your brightest ideas with the highest level of success possible.

To achieve any goal in your life, all you need to have and all you need to do are two things. First, develop your Dream. What specifically do you want to create? What specifically do you want to bring into your life? In your minds eye, see your dream clearly and vividly, as if it’s in super high definition. Make the picture of what you want crystal clear. You want to make sure the universe knows exactly what your order is and what you want. And the critical part that leads us to the second step to execution, is sticking around for not only the appetizer, but also the main course that life will eventually deliver, and also the dessert which quickly follows. Only after you’ve enjoyed the entire meal, should you judge the quality of the restaurant and how well life has served you.

But let’s think about what most people do? They get the appetizer, which is the initial results they get at the beginning of the process of pursuing their dreams, and if there is anything wrong with the initial results they receive, or anything out-of-the-ordinary or unexpected happens, immediately people come to conclusions and judge the restaurant. At this point, most people leave without seeing what the main meal and entire experience is going to be. Most people, start on a process of pursuing their goals, and as soon as something discouraging happens, fall right off the wagon. The reason why this happens is because people lack the energy, willpower and persistence to stick it out, andso they often quit just before they’re about to receive the main course meal and the results they’ve been waiting for. Little did they know, that the moment you quit is when your success is just around the corner.

This brings us to the second key ingredient to Goal & Dream Execution:  ENERGY

Once you have your dream, you must develop the life energy to get you there. Life Energy creates Power and the ability to bring into your life everything you need to execute your dream. As I’ve mentioned in previous blogs, your Energy creates the Magnetism to attract the people, opportunities and pathways to your dream. In creating your dream, you don’t need to focus on how you’re going to get there. The How will take care of itself. You just need the target and then the Energy, which will create the power and unique pathways to your dream. Keep your dream, flexible and moving, dreams are always a moving target. What most people find is that the journey they end up travelling, and the dreams they create are often so much more and so much better than what their initial dream started out as.

Why is a Dream so important? 

Visionary Albert Einstein said to his students that the saddest thing in life, is not having a dream. When people call me a “Dreamer”, if I happen to share with them some of my ideas, I laugh inside, because most people have no idea that being a “Dreamer” is exactly what you want to be.

But what’s the difference between the “Dreamer” who stays in the clouds, and whose dreams never materialize, and The MASTER, who executes their dreams and accomplishes everything they ever desired?

One Word: ENERGY. Energy creates the power and execution.

The dreamer has the dream, the idea, but doesn’t develop the energy, which turns into power, which creates the magnetism, which attracts all the different avenues and pathways to fulfilling their dream, in real life, in the real world. The Master, not only moves back and forth between the clouds, the big panoramic vision of their dreams, and being grounded and earthly, seeing how their dream could really work in the real 3-D world, but also commits to developing the life energy and power on a daily basis to enable them to pursue, persist and overcome the inevitable challenges, roadblocks, twist and turns that life will throw at you. The Dreamer has the idea, but not the power and life energy, to protect and fully develop their ideas. However, the Master, each day, when no one is watching, works at building their life energy. Yet, the paradox is, someone is always watching. Your big mind is always watching you, judging you and updating your identity, based on your actions on a daily basis. When you cut the excuses and work each day at building your energy, your Big Mind takes notice, before anyone else. Your Big Mind suddenly says, “Yes! You are a Master!” And each day something new, something magical happens – each day the dream keeps getting better, clearer and more powerful. Each day the Master develops more and more energy, that protects their ideas from the comets, asteroids and negative influences which try to pull down and destroy their ideas. Each day, the Master’s life energy grows stronger, vitalizing them to work longer, harder and continue developing the relationships and opportunities that move them closer and closer to their dream. Each day the energy the Master develops flows into their dream, and their dream becomes more magical, more purposeful, more likely to manifest. The Master, believes in the process, and lives for the journey, each day knowing that they’re getting better and better in every way, travelling faster and faster towards their dreams. Ultimately, the master passes many destinations, that initially they would have been over-joyed to have reached. They travel farther to new universes, new galaxies, new realities that initially they could have never dreamt of.

So do you want to be a Master who takes powerful action every day, or are you the type of person, who sits on their ideas, and who inevitably will come to blame the world for all your great ideas that were left unfulfilled Choose to be a Master. Mastery is available to us all, why not shoot for the stars? Worst case you miss, but you’re still way higher off. The recipe is very simple. All you need to execute your dreams are two things:

  2. Develop the Life Energy which creates Power & Magnetism to turn your dream into Reality.

Super-Memory 1: How I Became a Genius & You Can Too.

How does the Brain really work? 

How does Consciousness and Intelligence truly occur? 

How can we become a Super-Learner and develop Super-Memory? 

Have you ever wondered what makes Human Consciousness different than the Consciousness of other Mammals, Animals and Beings? 

In this blog post, I reveal how the brain works and how Human Consciousness arises. Most importantly, after learning about the brain’s two primary roles, I will show you the process of how to leverage  your brain to become a Genius.

When I say genius, I want you to know that we are all geniuses, it’s just that we all don’t know how to discover and activate our genius. Most think that genius just suddenly occurs, you’re born with it. Most would say that genius is just a perfectly wrapped gift that a very few just luck out to receive. Nothing could be further from the truth. There is a fundamental, repeatable process to becoming a genius. I’ve discovered it and used it to get to where I am today. I’m going to share with you this MasterMind process so that you can do the same.

Remember when you were a kid you used to say, if you can do it, I can do it better.”  You should go back to that state of power. That saying is 100% true. I’m going to show you how …

Working one-on-one with hundreds of people at both ends of the spectrum, those with extremely high-performing brains and those with diseased brains, I’ve learned that the brain is the critical hub to transforming your life. However, the brain is much more than the sum of its parts. Consciousness and intelligence are emergent phenomena meaning that they are more than just the sum of the activity your brain. From the brain to consciousness it’s like 1+1 = 3. In addition, intelligence and consciousness aren’t even localized just in the brain. Rather consciousness arises from the energies and frequencies at which your entire being is resonating  – brain, body and life energy. All life works by quantum leaps and emergent phenomena. What “emergence” means is that you can’t predict the emergent result based on the individual parts of a system.

In my neuroscience studies in university, I learned the localizationist theories, basically that the brain can be segmented into different parts and these different parts control different cognitive and body functions. In these classes I learned how the left brain is analytical, linear, logical and sequential, while the right brain is spontaneous, non-linear, imaginative and action-oriented. I learned that the frontal lobes control executive function, our ability to focus, regulate our behaviour and our mood and motivation. I learned that the temporal lobes control memory, emotional stability and are the wings of creativity. I learned that the parietal lobes control sensory and motor function. Finally I learned that the occipital lobes control sight, vigilance and play a role in sleep. However, based on how we know nature works via emergent properties which cannot be predicted based on the individual parts, clearly this is an over-simplified and insufficient explanation of how consciousness really occurs. Considering how much we know about the parts of the brain and how little we know about how consciousness occurs, obviously there must be more to the story.

Moreover, in this model it’s hard to explain why people who have parts of their brain removed, still retain vast of amounts of memory. You’d think if you removed the memory centres of a person’s brain, that their memory would be completely lost. It turns out that memory is much more complex that this. Memory is not localized in one spot. Memory is actually determined by the frequencies of energy and light flowing through our cells from which, our brain creates a physical image and reconstructs the memories at that frequency level. Not only can the brain re-wire itself, and different regions be trained to take over the functions of lost or dysfunctional brain regions, but also memory and consciousness isn’t even localized in the brain.

Consciousness and intelligence emerge holographically in every cell in our body. What this means is that any part of the brain and body contains an image of the whole and the images and memories are physically created based on the frequencies of light and energy flowing through our cells.

So what’s the brain’s role in all of this? 

The brain’s role is this: the brain is like the director, the librarian or the antenna, that picks up external signals and controls the flows of energy in our body, which then create the thoughts we think, and the images and the memories that are activated in our mind. It’s all based on the frequencies of energy flowing through our body. The brain is simply the controller, which determines which frequency you’re dialled into. 

Human Consciousness emerged with the development of the human brain. However, it is clear that animals and all beings have some level of consciousness as well. But what distinguishes humans is that we have a Human Brain which is a super-antenna that can allow us to access and tune into a wider range of frequencies, energies and intelligence resonating in the universe. You aren’t necessarily smarter than animals and other beings, you just have a greater capability and infinite flexibility to tap into frequencies across the entire spectrum, presenting you with more possibilities to react to and control the environment.

Like a computer, the more bits of information your brain can acquire, through knowledge, experience and tapping into the intelligence in the universe, the more possible solutions your brain can create. The higher your brain’s energy rises, and the more flexibility your brain has to tap into different energy levels, the smarter you get and the better your brain can create different quantum platforms, which we can use to further evolve. The more capable your brain, and your creative imagination the better able you will be to overcome whatever you will face in your environment.

In any eco-system, the organism that has the greatest flexibility and thus threshold of  control in their environment, is going to be the pre-eminent species. This is precisely why humans, with our increased ability to access energy and information across the entire frequency range, are the only mammals on this planet that can control and manipulate our environment – for better or for worse. It’s all because we have a superior antenna, which allows us to see, imagine and do more things. Our brain allows us to see things as they aren’t, allows us to imagine, and allows us to see and create the future. Our brain allows us to dis-connect from the earth, and to create possibilities on earth which weren’t designed to naturally occur on our planet. 

The brain’s creative abilities is what enables us to create either heaven or hell on this earth. Good or bad. Yin or Yang. Given the brains powers and what the human brain allows us to do, you need three fundamental ingredients to achieve good in this world, and make sure the forces of good transcend the forces of destruction.

Here are the three ingredients:  The 3 C’s. 

1. Curiosity –  be hungry and actively use your brain to acquire information & pursue solutions.

2. Creativity – use your creative imagination, just like Einstein, to contemplate, explore and then create new innovations and connections. Use nature as your playmate and research assistant – try to make sense of the simple observations you’ve had over your life, and explore how they relate to your health.

3. Courage –   never back down in fear. Always pursue the pathways that your curiosity and creativity will lead you. Do no let the opinions and beliefs of others dampen your fire.

Why is our Human Brain so Unique? How Does Our Human Brain Really Work? 

The human brain has two primary roles as both a Super-Antenna and a Librarian.

The first role of the brain is as an antenna. When you get into your car, and turn on the radio, the sound just magically seems to appear. And if you turn the dial to a different FM or AM frequency you can tune into a different station with entirely different content, news and information. The exact same process happens in the human brain. Just like the currents of water flows in the Oceans, mirrors the currents of water flows in the Cerebral Spinal Fluid in your brain, and just like when you’re young and full of energy, you burn brightly just like a young white star, the processes on the earth and the universe are replicated and used in you. The Human Body is Universe in itself. This is called fractal design. Each part of the universe contains characteristics of the whole. 

You always want to make sense of your observations, and see how the mechanisms of nature scale and are replicated in you. This is how you can discover for yourself how the brain and body really work. So, your brain is an antenna just like your radio. Another good example is that your brain picks up the frequencies and signals from your environment just like a cell phone picks up Wifi signals. The difference between your brain and a cell phone is that your brain picks up an infinite number of frequencies and energies, way more than a cell phone. Because of this the information and intelligence that your brain can tap into is far greater than will ever be created in any technology. Any technology humans’ create is just going to be a sub-set of the possibilities our brain can contemplate and create.

The second role of the brain is as a librarian. In it’s role as the librarian, the brain is the key to grabbing the right book, with the right bits of information, which you are trying to recall for the specific situation you’re in or the situation you’re trying to imagine.  The efficiency of your memory is determined by how accurately and swiftly your brain is able to create energy flows in your body at specific frequencies, which enable you to access the information, knowledge and specific memories you’re trying to recall. If you’re brain doesn’t work right, and there is a lot chaos and inflammation in your brain, your brain as the librarian, doesn’t sort and store the information you’re learning properly, and it slowly and inaccurately draws information from storage. When inflammation, chaotic and energy-depleted, not only does the brain not store the books in the right places, but also, when you send the brain back to grab a book, it doesn’t go to the right place and so grabs the wrong book. Both input and output suffer – learning, memory and storage – when your brain doesn’t work right.  

The more chaos and inflammation in your brain, the poorer will be cell signalling, and the more you will fail to learn and store new information and the poorer you will recall information from memory. At the extreme, when your brain completely falters you get Alzheimer’s. Acutely, when you suffer a concussion, the brain is energy depleted and brain signalling suffers. As a result, the antenna can’t pick and up and transmit the right signals, and the librarian is put into complete turmoil.

So, the brain is both an antenna which receives and transmits signals throughout the body, and it is a librarian which stores, sorts and grabs information from memory. Your brain is influenced by all the signals and energies it is exposed to in your environment. Your brain then transmits all the energy inputs it receives into different energy flows throughout the body which create your consciousness. Your hormone panel is indicative of these energy flows, but currently science is unable to measure exactly how energy is flowing through your body. Hormones paint a partial picture. Hormone panels when combined with EEG’s can give you a better picture.

As mentioned above, if your brain doesn’t work right, your antenna doesn’t work well and you cannot pick up the signals from the environment and the universe. And the frequencies and signals that you do receive are all garbled up and chaotic, just like if you were listening to radio and were far off from a clear channel. If your antenna doesn’t work well, you fail to pick up and entrain to the healing frequencies from the earth, you fail to use the frequencies of the sun, and you fail to pick up on the energies, and thus intelligence, resonating in the universe. Not only that, you fail to pick up on the energies of other beings and other people very well, and as a result your communication and relationships suffer tremendously. Love and connection is oneness and synchronization with the energies of another person.  Memories are created by a synchronization with different levels of information which your brain receives and can express.

So how do you become a genius? 

Do you need to read 1,000 self-help books? Absolutely Not. If you’re big into self-development and have read Napoleon Hill’s Classic Think and Grow Rich, I am scientifically explaining to you what he meant by infinite intelligence and I’m now going to give you the simple steps of how you can tap into the infinite intelligence to become a genius. All information in this world resonates at specific frequencies. For the earth, the frequency is 7.83 Hertz, called the Schumann Resonance.

You know how people talk about feeling grounded and balanced, but speak about it abstractly? Physically what is happening is their brain is synchronizing and functioning at the 7.83 Hertz Schulman Resonance which corresponds to increased alpha waves in the brain. People who meditate, and are connected to themselves and the world, have increase alpha waves in their brain. Also people who are connected to the sun’s cycles, and have proper circadian signalling, by rising in the morning when the sun begins to rise, and shutting off all the blue light (T.V., computer screens) at night when the sun goes down, have increased levels of alpha brain waves. Alpha brain-waves correspond to being in the flow of life, being relaxed and focused, and being in the zone. It is in the zone where people tap into ideas, connect the dots between different information and ideas, and see things about the universe they normally never consider. I’m in a flow state right now as I’m writing this, and all these insights are flowing into and out of my brain onto the page. I’m going to stay tuned into this channel as long as I can! In fact, you can construct your day so that your entire day you are in a Flow State.

Bottom line, the information and intelligence that you are accessing right now is all based on the frequency and energy that you are synchronizing with and that is resonating throughout your brain and body. 

If your energy and life force is low, you’ll produce low energetic thinking, receive low energetic feelings and engage in low energetic behaviours. In essence, you’ll be the opposite of enlightened – you’ll remain in the dark.

Here is a formula to remember: 


Based on what we learned above about the brain being both an antenna and a librarian, the key to maximizing these capabilities is to increase your brain’s energy and ability to reach different frequencies across the entire spectrum so that you can access different levels of information and intelligence at those levels. Basically, we want to move from cable television to satellite, where we can pick up all the channels across the world.

While these insights may seem a little abstract, all you need to know and all you need to do is increase your Energy. With increased energy comes the ability to shift across the frequency spectrum to different levels and states of energy to acquire the information that resonates at those levels.

Basically for you to tap into the information and energies of the universe, you simply just need to raise your brain’s energy so that your brain is the quietest, clearest, most efficient antenna, which can accurately pick up the frequencies and energies of the universe so that you can tune into all the information on that channel. Second, you need to increase your ability to transform and transmit energy, to have the flexibility to shift to different levels of energy and information.

Life is like a funnel. At the beginning of life, the diameter of the funnel is very wide, and time feels very  expansive. However, as we age the funnel gets thinner and thinner, until the point at which each year seems to pass us by in the flick of an eye.

The first thing to know is that mass and metabolic rate determine how humans and animals experience time. Secondly, time perception is directly linked to how rapidly and how much sensory information your nervous system can process. This is why when in flow states or near death-experiences, when neurotransmitters flood our brain, our brain processes an infinite number of stimuli, and time seems to stand still. On the other hand, the more our brain and nervous system decline and slow with the age, the less sensory stimuli we can process, and the faster time will pass us by.

The key point is that the more stimuli your nervous system can process, the more time will seem to go in slow motion. Case in point are flies. Flies are extremely small and have extraordinary high metabolic rates per body weight. For this reason, flies experience time more slowly. Studies show that species that tend to be smaller and have faster metabolisms perceive time in slow motion.

Based on these observations, it seems clear that we can make your experience of time more expansive by training your brain and nervous system, to keep it fast, efficient and able to process lot’s of information, keeping your energy levels sky high, and body weight balanced. The second, vital principle to time mastery and longevity is an equation which I’ve learned from Ancient Chinese Science.

The following Equation that has major implications for your longevity :

A x B =  C  (a constant). 

A = the number of times your heart beats

B = the number of years you’ll live.

C = constant number.

Based on this equation, how can we increase our longevity? A constant is a constant, so the way we increase our longevity is by slowing down our heart rate – calming, balancing, controlling our nervous system and making our heart more efficient.

Just like our genes are the first draft of our life, all of us based on when and where we are born, have a life chart, a blueprint for how our life will play out, when major events will happen and when we are likely to die.

However, just like the environment determines how your genes will be expressed and how the novel of your life will play out,  the decisions that you make, such as how you train your brain and heart with practices like Qigong and Meditation, will determine how long you will live. 

The key to maximizing your longevity is by raising  your body’s life energy, so that your vital organs and your nervous system is more efficient. The less your heart has to over-work, the more years that you will live.

Moreover, energy is what electrifies and expresses DNA & your genes. By building your life energy, you can completely change how your genes are expressed and how your life plays out. Developing your energy is the way to getting out of any potential  “genetic death sentences”.

Here’s How to Master Time, Energy and Longevity in One Shot: 

A principle of Life: Yin & Yang, which describes the relative nature of the entire universe -. Soft and Hard, Male and Female, Kinetic Energy and Potential Energy. Extreme Yang breeds Extreme Yin. Extreme creation of Kinetic Energy can be converted and stored as Potential Energy in our Heart and Brain. Everything is about the transformation of energy. So what you want to do is combine bursts of extremely intense physical activity (extreme Yang) with extreme physical relaxation (extreme Yin), to create energy and train your brain to process more information and fire faster. The intense exercise increases brain cell activation and growth (kinetic energy) and meditation hard-wires and consolidates these new pathways in the brain (potential energy). Together, this is the ideal strategy to increasing your brain and heart’s capacity and conserving energy so that they are more efficient at rest. Think of a Super-Athlete’s heart rate at rest, it’s very low. This is the type of exercise I teach to people with Cancer, Autoimmunity, Chronic Fatigue and people who’s immune systems are destroyed. For example I’ll teach them Tiger Claws (extreme Yang), followed by the 4 phases, which is an extremely soft movement. This is the fastest way to creating and storing energy, building up the body internally, not wearing it down like conventional western exercise. Everything has a role in it’s proper context.

 So here is the principle, Extreme Yang, breeds Extreme Yin. Extreme Intensity breeds Extreme Physical Relaxation. 

The Key to Exercise is Short, High-Intensity Bursts, followed immediately by a relaxation, consolidation practice like Meditation.

Connection to the Earth & the Schumman Resonance, the frequency of the electromagnetic field of the earth, is critical to brain health, brain function and the signalling and cycles in your body. Our brain is designed to work best when we are connected to the earth’s magnetic field. The Earth protects and interacts with all living things with a natural frequency of 7.83 Hertz, which the Ancient Sages called “OM”.

The Schumann resonance corresponds to alpha brainwaves. When we live a connected life with the earth, Alpha brain-waves increase and our brain becomes more synchronized, both with all the regions in itself, and with everything in the entire Earth.

What we see in brain diseases, like Alzheimer’s, Sleep Disorders, ADHD, is a lack of alpha brain waves. Low Alpha Brainwaves, links to low brain voltage, low Dopamine levels, poor cognitive function and mental disorders.

With brain-training and meditation, you can train your brain to produce more Alpha brainwaves, to connect with Universe even though you may live a dis-connected life – living in house, sleeping on a bed, wearing shoes, clothes etc. This dis-connects you from the earth’s healing power and the energy from the sun. Ultimately if you truly want to be a MASTER and develop the most beautiful brain possible, then you need to connect with and be in nature as much as possible..

When you’re in nature, all the excess electrons and energy from the environment flow into your body. That’s what grounding really is, electrons flowing from a an area of higher energy potential (the earth) to a lower energy potential (you).

In natural environments you have electrons flowing into your body from the oxygen you breathe, and being grounded to the earth, and from swimming in the water, which has higher electron and oxygen density. In natural environments you are more connected to the Sun, without the interference of man-made radiation blocking and altering the sun’s frequencies, which happens in cities and highly populated environments. Yes that’s right, in a city you are getting tainted sunlight, which may completely remove the healing benefits of the sun, when in a city. 

In fact, if you live in a city you can track your vitamin D levels from the beginning of the spring to the end of summer to see whether you are really getting the benefits of the sun-light or if the populated environment is altering the sunlight, preventing you from producing vitamin D.

Getting AM sunlight between 8 AM and 11 AM is huge for increasing your energy, hormones, neurotransmitters. Basically, photons from the sun, directly energize the electrons in your body, just like jumping the battery of a car.

AM sunlight is key to vitamin D production and sulfation of cholesterol and lipids so that they are delivered to the brain, among many other benefits.

The Simple Steps to a NEW and BETTER YOU

Your Goal is to Do at least 10 of the following:

  1. AM Sunlight at least 10 minutes
  2. Look Directly into Sun Upon Waking (before putting contacts in / glasses on)
  3. No Blue Light after 8 pm. (T.V., Computer Screen. Install F.Lux, Blue-light blocking glasses)
